Should we buy an off-the-shelf ERP or CRM or build our own?
It depends on how much your way of working differs from what a ready-made program assumes. If an off-the-shelf program covers the work, it is often a good choice. If your team works around it with spreadsheets and messages, a custom system can follow your process instead. We assess that together in the analysis.
Can we keep the programs we already use?
Yes. An internal system does not have to replace everything: we can connect it to your accounting, online shop or other tools, so each one does what it is good at.
