This policy explains what data the custify.rs website collects, why and for how long, and what rights you have. It is written in line with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.
Who the controller is
The controller is Custify Solutions d.o.o. Beograd (Novi Beograd), Jurija Gagarina 32, Novi Beograd, Belgrade, Serbia, company ID (MB) 22160478, tax ID (PIB) 115457336. For any question about your data, email info@custify.rs.
What the site stores on your device
In your browser (localStorage) the site remembers your theme and whether you paused animations, and for one visit (sessionStorage) that you have already seen the intro animation. That data never leaves your device.
The "Forget" button removes all of it from the device. Clearing the site's data in your browser does the same.
Contact form and booking
When you send the form or book a call, we receive your name, email and, if you enter them, your phone, company, message, chosen time and the problem you marked on the site.
We use the data to reply to you and book the call, at your request and before any contract. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address to send you articles. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Analytics
The site uses no tracking cookies. If we measure visits, we do so without cookies and without tracking individuals. TODO analytics tool
Who else processes the data
The data is processed technically by hosting, database and email providers, only on our instructions. If any of them is outside Serbia, we state where and on what basis the data is transferred. TODO list of processors
How long we keep data
We keep form messages and newsletter addresses for at most: TODO retention period
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@custify.rs.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, the new date appears at the top of the page.
