# Custify Solutions

> Custify Solutions is a software company from Belgrade, Serbia (custify.rs) that helps businesses that already work well work even better and grow: it gets to know the business, its processes and people, then designs, builds and keeps developing custom software. Services: business and process analysis before building, UX/UI design, custom web and PWA apps, internal systems and tools, SaaS products, automations, connecting existing systems (accounting, CRM, shop…), AI features and assistants inside the software, maintenance and further development after delivery. It is not affiliated with custify.com.

Custify Solutions je softverska firma iz Beograda (custify.rs) koja pomaže firmama koje već dobro rade da rade još bolje i rastu: upozna posao, procese i ljude, pa dizajnira, pravi i dalje razvija softver po meri. Usluge: analiza poslovanja i procesa pre izrade, UX/UI dizajn, web i PWA aplikacije po meri, interni sistemi i alati, SaaS proizvodi, automatizacije, povezivanje postojećih sistema (knjigovodstvo, CRM, prodavnica…), AI funkcije i asistenti u softveru, održavanje i dalji razvoj posle isporuke. 1. Isti posao, svaki dan, ručno. Danas: Neko svako jutro prepisuje podatke iz jednog programa u drugi i nada se da nije pogrešio. Sa softverom: Podaci prelaze sami i sređeni. Čovek pogleda samo ono što odstupa.
2. Dogovor koji traje danima. Danas: „Može utorak?“ „Ne mogu, može sreda?“ Poruke idu tamo-amo dok se ne nađe termin. Sa softverom: Klijent sam izabere slobodan termin. Potvrda i podsetnik stižu sami.
3. Svaki novi kanal, još ručnog posla. Danas: Ista cena, objava ili obaveštenje ručno se unosi na sajt, mreže, katalog i mejl. Što više rastete, više se kuca. Sa softverom: Unesete jednom, a pojavi se svuda, isto i na vreme, koliko god kanala da dodate.
4. Informacije razbacane svuda. Danas: Deo je u tabeli, deo u porukama, ostatak u nečijoj svesci. Svi pitaju istu osobu. Sa softverom: Jedno mesto na kom svi vide istu, tačnu sliku.
5. Odluke na osnovu starih brojeva. Danas: Za jedan izveštaj neko spaja izvoze iz pet programa. Dok završi, brojevi su već stari i ne slažu se. Sa softverom: Svi brojevi na jednom mestu, sveži kad vam zatrebaju za odluku.
6. Kupac ne može da izabere bez vas. Danas: Svaka varijanta, ponuda i cena traži poziv ili poruku vama. Sa softverom: Kupac sam bira i poručuje. Vi dobijete gotovu narudžbinu.

1. Analiza: Upoznamo posao, procese i ljude koji ga rade. Nađemo gde softver donosi najviše i predložimo rešenje.
2. Dizajn i predlog: Dizajn radimo sami: vidite kako će softver izgledati i raditi, uz jasan predlog šta pravimo i okvirni rok. (Rok je okviran i potvrđuje se na razgovoru.)
3. Izrada i povezivanje: Pravimo aplikaciju, interni sistem ili SaaS, povežemo ga sa softverom koji već koristite i dodamo AI funkcije gde imaju smisla.
4. Održavanje i razvoj: Posle isporuke ostajemo: održavamo, unapređujemo i dograđujemo nove delove kako posao raste.

6. Customers can’t choose without you. Today: Every variant, quote and price needs a call or a message to you. With software: Customers choose and order on their own. You get a finished order.

2. Design and proposal: We do the design in-house: you see how the software will look and work, with a clear proposal of what we build and an approximate timeline. (The timeline is approximate and confirmed on the call.)
3. Build and integration: We build the app, internal system or SaaS, connect it to the software you already use and add AI features where they make sense.
4. Maintenance and growth: After delivery we stay: we maintain, improve and build new parts as your business grows.
