### Which systems can you connect?

For example accounting, CRM, an online shop, calendars, email and spreadsheets. Whether a program can be connected depends on what it allows, and we check that in the analysis before building.

### What are AI features in software?

They are parts of the software that use artificial intelligence for a specific task: an assistant that answers questions from your documents, a summary of long messages, sorting enquiries or a suggested reply. We add them where they make sense for your business.

### Does the AI make decisions for us?

It doesn’t have to, and usually it shouldn’t. We build AI features to suggest, summarise or find, while a person makes the decision. How much you hand over to the software is something we agree together.

### What if a program we use cannot be connected?

Then we look for another way together: importing and exporting data, a custom part of the system that takes over that job, or a different solution. We assess what makes sense in the analysis.
